Claude Desktop has no field for a custom model endpoint, so this guide uses CC Switch to register A2Agent as a provider. Once it’s added and routing is enabled, the desktop app can run DeepSeek, Kimi and GLM through your A2Agent key. You’ll configure three things in CC Switch - the provider name, your A2Agent API key, and the base URL https://api.a2agent.me - then pick a model inside Claude Desktop.

Add a Provider

Open CC Switch, switch to the Claude Desktop  tab at the top, and click the orange 「+」 in the top-right corner.On the Add New Provider page, keep Claude as the provider and click Custom Configuration in the top-left corner.Image

Fill in the Provider Information

  • Provider Name：Custom, e.g. A2Agent-Claude.
  • API Key：Your A2Agent API key.
  • API Base URL:https://api.a2agent.me Image

Model Configuration

Choose Model Mapping as the connection method. After fetching the model list, select the model you want to mapImage

Enable Routing

  • Click Settings in the top-left corner → Routing → Local Routing.
  • Turn on Show the local routing switch on the main page.

Enable the Provider Channel

  • Return to the provider list and click Enable on the A2Agent-Claude card.
  • When the button shows In Use, the provider has been enabled.
After finishing the configuration, restart CC Switch and Claude Desktop, and you can start using A2Agent models.
